Forgot Password double protected category

Here is some info about password issues. 
• If you forgot your password and you defined the two secret security questions at the time you set up that password, you can input a wrong password three times in a row and you'll be asked to answer the two security questions. If you can answer them correctly, then you'll be able to reset your password. 
• Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve your data if you forgot your password and didn't define the two secret questions: for privacy and security reasons, it's only stored in your brain!

To reset your password in that case, you need to delete the double protected category. Note that all your data stored in this category will be lost.
