Here is some info about password issues.
• If you forgot your password and you defined the two secret security questions at the time you set up that password, you can input a wrong password three times in a row and you'll be asked to answer the two security questions. If you can answer them correctly, then you'll be able to reset your password.
• Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve your data if you forgot your password and didn't define the two secret questions: for privacy and security reasons, it's only stored in your brain!
To reset your password in that case, you need to remove and re-install the app. Note that all your data will be lost.
Have you exported backups?
To restore the content of oneSafe, you can use several methods :
1. Use a backup made on your computer with iTunes.
This will allow you to restore all the content of your device.
You will have to enter your password to decrypt your content.
2. If your data are stored on Dropbox or iCloud, simply activate the synchronization to iCloud or Dropbox (whichever appropriate).
You will have to enter your password to decrypt your content.
3. You can import an oneSafe encrypted backup.
To backup data: oneSafe > More > Export/Import backup.
You will have to enter your encryption key to decrypt your content.
