Synchronization - Reset password from another device

Please read the whole article before doing anything.

Do you still have access to oneSafe on your previous device? It's only possible to reset your password from another device having access to your data and being able to read it.

1 - Enter your app on the old device
2 - Go to Settings > Change unlock code
3 - Wait a few minutes for the synchronization to be done
4 - Then reinstall oneSafe to the new device and activate the synchronization to iCloud or Dropbox (depending on what you used) using the same account.
5 - To unlock your items, touch one of them. Then you will have to enter the oneSafe master password you just defined on your old device.
